Do I need to purchase the lights?+
No. Black Pine provides the commercial-grade lighting and all installation materials as part of your custom seasonal service.
What happens if a bulb goes out?+
Season-long maintenance is included. Contact Black Pine and we’ll arrange service for qualifying display issues.
When should I reserve an installation?+
Early reservations receive the best selection of installation dates. Holiday schedules become limited as the season approaches.
How is the project booked?+
A 50% deposit reserves your installation and materials. The remaining 50% is due after installation is complete.
Can I upgrade to a smart timer?+
Yes. Wi-Fi timer upgrades are available for homeowners who want app-based scheduling and additional control.
