How we use information
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate service availability, prepare proposals, schedule work, provide client care and maintain business records. We do not sell customer contact lists for money.
Contact and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate our website, communications and customer relationship management. Those providers receive information only as needed to perform their services.
Your choices
With your permission, this website loads the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successful quote requests and help evaluate our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive your IP address, browser and device information, page URL and cookie identifiers, and may associate this activity with your Meta account under its own privacy policy. Our configured advertising events do not include your quote answers, name, email, phone number or property address. Automatic advanced matching is not enabled by our website code.
You can accept or decline advertising cookies using the privacy choices panel and change your choice using the Privacy choices button. Tracking stays off until you accept. We honor a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping advertising tracking off. Declining does not prevent requests or customer service. Browser controls and ad blockers may also limit tracking. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for its data practices.
You may request that we update or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
